The Acid is a Tier 4 tank that upgrades from the Chiller at level 45.

Design

Similar to the design of the Sniper and Chiller, the Acid has a circular body and a fairly long barrel. Its gun has a short, light-green bar on top of its barrel and a faint green aura around it.

Technical

The Acid's bullets have fairly high damage, speed, and penetration, but are fired at a slower rate.

Enemies that are hit by the Acid's bullets get poisoned, which means the enemy will take damage over time after being hit by a bullet. Its bullets have a light-green circle and a faint green aura to indicate their poison effect. Poison will instantly wear off if the target's health is low enough, otherwise it will just wear off after some time.

Strategies

As the Acid

• Tanks with low reload are vulnerable to the Acid, so target them aswell.
• Smashers are a problem. Since smashers have such high health and speed, the Acid is practically an easy target for them. Aswell as the Annoyance will fend as a problem.
• Target enemies with less than half health if they try to attack you they'll keep risking themselves on dieing

Against the Acid

• Use a tank that is immune to debuffs, such as Kevlar and Steelix.
  • Or use any Laser Branch Tank.
