The Cluster One is a Tier 5 Tank that upgrades from the Hidden Gunner and  Octo Tank at Level 60.

History

The Cluster One has been officially added on 11/12/2019. It was already playable on that day. The Cluster One was originally an idea from Clarise.

Design

The Cluster One has a design similar to the Hexa Tank, with three orange shields. The shields are spaced out evenly on 3 of the barrels. The barrels covered by the shields have an orange stripe on them.

Technical

The Cluster One can fire three bullets at a time, many people think the hidden ones are useless but are actually fired by right click. The fired bullets from the hidden barrels are smaller and deal less damage, and yes those barrels are below the shields.

Strategy

As the Cluster One

• If you're using a glass build, focus on all the ammunitions coming for you, then block or dodge them.
• It shouldn't be too hard to kill Director branch tank due to their low Drone speed(unless they are using Chairman, Motor, or Navyist branch), just spin quickly and very few drones can reach you.
• If you're using a ram build, don't spend too much points on movement speed, instead, spend some on shield regeneration. There is no way you can ram a glass build tank(except player controlled Ranger branch tanks) unless it's completely distracted. With the right build and if you can spin fast enough, you can ignore everyone except nuke tanks and Mini Grower branch tanks.
• For both glass and ram build Cluster One: Just spin and no rammers can ram you.

Against the Cluster One

• If the Cluster One isn't skilled enough, killing it shouldn't be too much of a problem with any bullet tanks.
• Flail branch tanks can easily kill a Cluster One, as they can reach past the shields easily.

Trivia

• Cluster One, an instrumental, is the opening track on Pink Floyd's 1994 album, The Division Bell.
  • This album is further referenced by the tank of the same name.
• Instead of having pellets as the hidden guns, Cluster One used to have normal guns. This was nerfed in an update and it became pellets.
